Interclub Figure Skating Competition
for young skaters
JUNA SKATE OPEN 2019

General regulations:
Juna Skate Open 3rd will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations, the ISU Special Regulations 
for Figure Skating as well as all pertinent ISU Communications for Figure Skating and the classification of the Estonian Skating Union for 
season 2019/2020.

Juna Skate Open will include the following disciplines for young skaters:

The Organizers have the right to split and combine categories if the number of participants requires that.

Participants:

All ISU members and clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated to ISU, are invited to take part in the competition. The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants in case the number of competitors is too high. The Organizing club reserves the right to enter more competitors. The clubs are asked to list the skaters in the order in which they wish to be accepted to the competition.

Registration of entries to Juna Skate Open:

Entries must be registered online no later than 18.November 2019 via registration forms:

Single skaters with one program —70€ per person
Single skaters with two programs — 85€ per person

Late entry (after 15 of Novenber and before 1 of December)
Single skaters with one program —80€ per person
Single skaters with two programs — 95€ per person

Planned Program Content sheet:
Planned Program Content sheet must be added to registration form no later than 1of December 2019. Its not permitted to hand over the Program Content Sheets directly to the competitions Officials during the competition. Changed Program Content Sheet must be turned in upon registration.

Music:
Music can be uploaded together with registration form. Music (equipped with the full name of the competitor, club and category) on CD-R must be submitted to the announcer’s desk before the relevant event and picked up from the same place after the event.

Competition schedule: 
A detailed time schedule will be available 7 days before the competition at the competition website.

Draw: 
An electronical draw will take place on December 10th, 2019, starting orders will be published on our website: jso.juna.ee 

Practice: 
Pre-ordered practice will take place at Škoda ice-rink. Practice fee is 10 EUR (25 min) or 15 EUR (50 min). Music can be played on CD's or MP3 USB Memory stick. Practice groups will be made by skater’s level. There is no guarantee join practice without registration.

Expenses: 
The organizer does not pay any expenses of the teams. Travel expenses, and accommodation will be covered by the participants. 
Expenses related to the competition’s technical management will be covered on account of the entry fees and sponsorship by the Organizer. 

Protocol:
Protocol shall be available at the Skating Club Juna website. The Organizers shall not provide print-outs or CD-s.

The Organizers recommend accomondation in the following hotels:

NB! There is no shuttle-bus service at this competition.

Liability:
In accordance with ISU Rule 119, the Organizer accepts no liability for injury or for property loss or damage incurred by Competitors or Officials. Each club is expected to provide its own insurance protection.
