General regulations:
Juna Skate Open 2019 will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations, the ISU Special Regulations 
for Figure Skating as well as all pertinent ISU Communications for Figure Skating and the classification of the Estonian Skating Union for 
season 2018/2019.

Juna Skate Open 2018 will include the following disciplines for young and adult skaters:

The Organizers have the right to split and combine categories if the number of participants requires that.

Single/Solo skaters with one program —70€ per person
Single/Solo skaters with two programs — 85€ per person

Planned Program Content sheet:
Planned Program Content sheet must be sent no later than 16.Aprill 2019. Its not permitted to hand over the Program Content Sheets directly to the competitions Officials during the competition. Changed Program Content Sheet must be turned in upon registration. Planned Program Content sheet can be sent by e-mail on the following address: ppc@juna.ee 

Music:
Music (equipped with the full name of the competitor, club and category) on CD-R must be submitted to the announcer’s desk before the relevant event and picked up from the same place after the event.

Competition schedule: 
A detailed time schedule will be available 7 days before the competition at the competition website.

Draw: 
An electronical draw will take place on April 25th, 2019, starting orders will be published on our website: jso.juna.ee 

Practice: 
Practice 25 minutes will take place at Škoda ice-rink. Practice fee is 10 € per person/per practice and should be paid with entry fee. Music can be played on CD's. Practice groups will be made by skater’s level. There is no guarantee join practice without registration.

Expenses: 
The organizer does not pay any expenses of the teams. Travel expenses, and accommodation will be covered by the participants. 
Expenses related to the competition’s technical management will be covered on account of the entry fees and sponsorship by the Organizer. 

Protocol:
Protocol shall be available at the Skating Club Juna website. The Organizers shall not provide print-outs or CD-s.

Accomondation: 
ACCOMONDATION
The Organizers recommend accomondation in the following hotels:

Trolley bus No: 7 provides transportation from the Škoda Ice Rink (station “Haabersti”) to the hotel station “Balti jaam” (approx. 25 min. if not a rush hour).

Trolley bus No: 6 provides transportation from the Škoda Ice Rink (station “Haabersti”) to the hotel station “Koidu” (approx. 20 min. if not a rush hour).

NB! There is no shuttle-bus service at this competition.

Liability:
In accordance with ISU Rule 119, the Organizer accepts no liability for injury or for property loss or damage incurred by Competitors or Officials. Each club is expected to provide its own insurance protection.


Camp:

Juna Skate Open 2019 and Finist Figure Skating Camp come together in a package:

Finist
 Figure Skating Club (Moscow) together with Juna Club (Tallinn) prepared a fascinating camp
that includes Juna Skate Open Competition at Škoda Ice Rink  (April, 27-28) and comprehensive practice sessions
on- and off-ice (April, 28 – May, 4) in Tondiraba Ice Hall.

Practice sessions will include 2 on-ice and 2 off-ice sessions daily and will be focused on general
and specific figure skating routines. One day-off can be reserved for an extra workshop.
Coaching staff will include Finist Club coaches as well as invited specialists. All the participants will
be divided into the groups according to their skating level: from the very beginners up to the juniors,
adult figure skaters will practice in separate groups according to their levels.

Figure skating camp in Tallin is a perfect chance enjoy figure skating with the sightseeing of
one of the breathtaking European cities included in UNESCO world cultural heritage.

Participation cost: 450 EUR

Special price for Finist Club regular camp participants and early applications before March, 1 – 400 EUR

10% discount for 2nd participant from one family.


For our foreign guests we have negotiated special hotel rates at  Oru Hotel:

  • Single: 52 EUR/night
  • Twin/Double: 56 EUR/night
  • TRP: 72 EUR/night
  • Superior: 70 EUR/night

Oru Hotel is ideally situated for the camp participants – it is the closest hotel to the ice hall, at a walking distance from the
Kadriorg park and close to the historical center.
